We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers working in Advanced Manufacturing through a transformative period of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader experienced in attracting, motivating, and leading diverse groups of engineers. Your mission will include:

• Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside our Chief Engineers, project management, sales, and estimating teams.
• Drive planning and execution of PAR Systems  mission, vision, and strategy as we grow.
• Manage assignment of engineers to optimize personnel utilization and enable continuous improvement of execution and internal capabilities.
• Apply engineering leadership and innovative thinking to shape a complex organization that meets customer expectations and enables growth.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering.
• Background in modern web technologies such as Type Script, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong experience in leadership, developing others, and leading change management.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• History of producing strong financial and technical results in a team-based environment.
• Bonus (not required): background in industrial automation (PLC/CNC/Motion Controls) and/or experience with robotics, vision systems, or industrial sensors/devices.

We offer market-competitive pay and benefits based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000–$140,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
