Kowalski's Catering is well known for making customers beautiful catering trays to make any occasion both visually stunning and delicious aka "Joy of Good Foods".Seeking a seasonal employee for a fast-paced, multitask-oriented position. Primary learning challenges include knowledge of Catering Kitchen procedures, food safety and sanitization, presentation standards, safe operation of Kitchen equipment, and proper preparation of product.

Position requires ongoing moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), walking, standing, bending, operation of Kitchen equipment (slicers, scales, and knives), and exposure to hot surfaces and oils.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Flexible to schedule

Weekend and holiday availability required

Ensure quality and safety of food Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner

Ability to work independently

Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food Interest in product knowledge

Previous experience preferred, but not required
