• Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosure.
• Perform point-to-point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes using company-supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers.
• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
• The primary focus will be wiring panels; therefore, it is imperative that the candidate be proficient at wiring.
• Layout of components in cabinets of various sizes.

• Incumbents will use written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, speaking, reaching, and grasping objects.
• Regularly experience periods of prolonged sitting, standing, walking, travel/drive a vehicle, and lifting objects up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, telephones, copiers). May require occasional operation of a forklift; onsite training will be provided.
