Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0619) role at Target
. This position focuses on delivering a high-quality guest experience through strong operations, guest service, and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, locate merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and merchandising practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Always demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

• Accurate cash handling as needed
• Ability to climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions
• Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shift length
