• Repair and overhaul automobiles, vans, trucks, and other automotive vehicles in accordance with Dealership and factory standards.
• Remove, disassemble, inspect, repair and replace units such as engines, transmissions and differentials as required.
• Realign and adjust brakes, align front ends, and repair or replace shock absorbers.
• Examine and diagnose the cause of any malfunction on vehicle and discuss with customer, service advisor, or service manager/director the nature and extent of damage or malfunction.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicate with service advisor if additional work is necessary.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road test vehicles as necessary before and/or after repair.
• Properly utilize all personal protective equipment.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time in the sole discretion of management.

• Ford Certifications a plus!!!
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Dealership Experience Preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• ASE certification is preferred
• General mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
