Position Type:
Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and most weekends.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team objectives
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Processing customer trade-ins
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and most weekends
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Reliable transportation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and/or Google Docs and Sheets
