Shift Leaders are comfortable taking responsibility as well as delegating it; they thrive on challenges and continually look for opportunities to learn. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient store operations and enforcing store policy. Along with the General Manager, they provide guidance to Team Members during their assigned shifts.
We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, while also providing guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store.
The successful Shift Leader / Team Captain will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

- Assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity.
- Ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Complete store opening/closing and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Make bank deposits.
- Assist the General Manager with product ordering.
- Communicate and execute positive brand impression to the overall Guest experience.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality preparation of smoothies and Guest service.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas, ensuring compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
- Operate a blender and POS cashier system.
- Regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
- Constantly position self to bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to –10°F.
- Tolerate exposure to food allergens.
- Use Microsoft Office effectively.
- Understand general POS functionality.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, giving and receiving feedback.
- Be extremely reliable.

- Be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
