Overview

Chief CRNA — $425K Annual Compensation + $35K Stipend at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center, Show Low, AZ. 1099 independent contractor. 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule with 13 weeks off annually. All-CRNA team leadership opportunity with higher autonomy and additional stipend.

• Head the anesthesia practice at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center, leading an all-CRNA team.
• Provide anesthesia services as a 1099 independent contractor with professional autonomy within the facility.
• Participate in leadership and mentoring roles as part of the Chief CRNA position.

• Experience and qualifications to serve as Chief CRNA and lead a CRNA practice (as described in the role).

• Annual compensation: $425,000 as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Stipend: $35,000 Chief Stipend.
• Schedule:
  
  3 weeks on / 1 week off; 13 weeks off annually.

  Show Low, Arizona.

• Practice model:
  All-CRNA practice with full autonomy; leadership roles available, including Chief CRNA position.
• Facility:
