Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing Job in Show Low, Arizona

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910

• Location: Show Low, AZ 85901 (Arizona healthcare jobs)
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital – Med/Surg Tele Observation Unit (10 beds, telemetry capability)
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel RN contract (Start: 11/26/2025 – End: 2/25/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed, no cancellations)
• Patient Ratio: 1:6 nights (may vary by acuity)
• Support Staff: Telemetry technicians, charge nurse, Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
• EMR: Allscripts - Sunrise

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg acute care nursing
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Ability to float to all Med/Surg units and ICU (Medical-Surgical overflow patients)
• Any color scrubs (scrubs not provided)

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele Observation Unit
• Monitor and respond to telemetry for all beds
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members, including tele techs, charge nurses, HUCs, and PCTs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Allscripts - Sunrise EMR
• Float to other Med/Surg units and ICU as needed
• Participate in nurse manager rounds and support unit goals
