RN – NICU (Registered Nurse)

Show Low, AZ | NICU / Special Care Nursery

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (06:00–18:30 / 18:00–06:30)

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN)
• Monitor and manage care for neonates requiring Level II NICU-level support
• Collaborate with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) and Neonatology team
• Support a unit serving approximately 800 births per year
• Maintain BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications throughout assignment

• Active RN license in good standing (Arizona or compact state eligibility)
• NICU Level II or SCN/Newborn Nursery experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification required

• 2 or more years of SCN or NICU experience
• Familiarity with Level II neonatal care protocols and workflows
• Experience working in a high-volume birthing facility

• Work alongside a dedicated neonatology team with 24/7 NNP and physician support
• Gain meaningful experience in a specialized neonatal environment serving a growing regional community
