We’re hiring immediately. This full‑time position offers valuable management experience with competitive pay.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Previous supervisory experience and a diploma or GED. Preferred: at least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge;
  Microsoft products (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi‑task with repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
