We’re hiring immediately. This full‑time position offers valuable management experience with competitive pay.
Responsibilities- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Focus and dedication to your success, with proper training and support.
- A strong “promote from within” philosophy providing advancement opportunities.

Adoption assistance (US only)
- Previous supervisory experience and a diploma or GED. Preferred: at least one year of retail management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge;
Microsoft products (Word, Excel) preferred. - Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
- Ability to multi‑task with repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
