GLOVIS America, Inc. – Third‑party logistics provider headquartered in Irvine, CA. We deliver products via truck, rail, or ocean vessel throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

The Warranty Clerk performs routine data entry in VELES and HMA warranty system, looks up and orders parts for damaged vehicles, and manages repair orders and warranty claims.

• Coding and posting all repair orders, including labor times and money‑gated claims in the HMA system.
• Opening and closing repair orders in Veles; ordering parts and sending emails to HMMA, HQ Claims, or other parties.
• Running daily reports for managers (open repair order report, mechanical warranty repair prints, damaged hold units, etc.) and tracking facility maintenance work on spreadsheets.
• Filling purchase request forms for body‑shop and facility maintenance; obtaining quotes from vendors, submitting requests to General Affairs, and ordering parts after approval.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

$15.28 per hour

• Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience preferred.

• Ability to sit in front of a desk/computer for long periods.
• Repetitive use of hand, grasping, writing, typing.
• Lift up to 10 lbs.; carry up to 10 lbs.; stand/walk as needed.

• Communication primarily via phone and email.
