LSU Shreveport is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Coordinator 4 in the College of Education and Human Development
. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support, assisting faculty and staff with complex departmental functions. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative academic environment.

Three years of experience in administrative services.
Experience Substitution:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties- Provide administrative support to departmental Chairs and Directors, with an emphasis on travel, budget management, purchasing, and data management.
- Serve as an initial point of contact in the Dean's office, interacting with the general public, responding and/or routing incoming calls, and receiving and prioritizing incoming mail.
- Coordinate meetings and events in-house and with outside entities.
Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
