Position: Administrative Coordinator 4
LSU Shreveport is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Coordinator 4 in the Facility Services department. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support, assisting with complex departmental processes and daily operations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:

* Perform administrative functions (such as performing requisitions, executing expense reports, ordering material from non-routine vendors, etc.) for Maintenance and Central Plant sections, but all of Facility Services will be supported.

* Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) data entry. Entering expenses incurred by assets (time/materials/contractor costs). Auditing CMMS and generating/exporting CMMS reports on statuses and trends. Ensuring CMMS data is accurate and correctly entered by others.

* Track procurement processes for the department, inclusive of coordinating with contractors and purchasing to ensure the administrative end of the process is correct and completed from start to finish.

* Work constantly with Procurement and Accounting to ensure proper invoicing and receiving is accomplished.
