Manages all aspects of project tracking from inception to conclusion within OSP functions and responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:- As the point of contact on assigned projects - performs a variety of duties such asassigningteammembers,updating statuses;workingwithteammemberstomaintaintimelineofproject
- Respondstoinquiriesaboutprojects
- Workingwithteamandvendors/contractorsforquotes/invoicing
- Processing Purchase Orderrequestsandprovidingtomanagers /vendors
- WorkingwithteamandAPtoprocessconfirmreceipt/completionofpurchaseorderand acquireapprovalforpaymentprocessing
- Reviewandupdate Spend Reports (confirmingprojectsareonbudgetorreasonsfordiscrepancies; advising ofcoding changesasneeded)
- Strongattentiontodetailandgoodproblem-solving skills.
- Abilitytoexcel inafast-paced andnimble organization.
- Thoroughnessandstrongorganizationalskills.
- Highly self-motivated,assertiveandself-directed.
- Goodcustomerserviceskillsforbothexternalandinternalcustomers.
- 2 years’ experience in project coordination, resource scheduling or related field preferred
