Laborer/Buckhoist Operator, Shreveport, LA

Broadmoor, LLC is looking for a reliable, safety-focused Construction Laborer/Buckhoist Operator to join our project team in Shreveport, LA. The candidate must observe all Broadmoor safety protocols, be drug-free, and have consistent and reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating the buckhoist (personnel/material lift).
• Performing general labor duties such as site cleanup, supporting skilled trade, loading and unloading deliveries.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and using proper fall protection.

Qualifications and

Physical Requirements:

• Previous construction or buckhoist operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and use small hand tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, cold, heat, humidity, with frequent exposure to heights and fall protection.
• Exposure to hazards such as dust, odors, fumes, noise, and vibration acceptable.
