Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in the Sportsman Café.

• Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests.
• Responsible for monies in the coin banks.
• Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests.
• Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
• Notifies barback when supplies are low. Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required.
