Job Summary Holy Angels Residential Facility is searching for a Registered Behavioral Line Tech. Under the supervision of the BCBA, the main duty is to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, and school settings. The Line Tech will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst as needed.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position with one-on-one therapy sessions.
Specific Skills And Responsibilities
- Work with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a classroom setting.
- Participate in training programs providing instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, and behavior management.
- Implement 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis intervention programs in clients’ homes, clinics, schools, or other environments.
- Observe and record client behavior and acquisition data.
- Maintain documentation demonstrating service provided.
- Communicate effectively with the Behavior Analyst regarding any issues including service delivery and task assignment.
- Participate in ongoing training programs in Applied Behavior Analysis and other methodologies applicable to the client population.
- Assist in performing functional behavior assessments, language assessments, preference/reinforcement assessments, and ongoing assessments.
- Collect data throughout sessions efficiently.
- Attend supervisory meetings with the BCBA to review consumer care and treatment, behavioral incidents, or other issues affecting consumer care.
- Perform all other duties as requested by the BCBA.
Qualifications
- Must obtain a Line Tech registration from the BACB Board.
- Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license if driving for Holy Angels.
Education
- GED or High School Diploma (required).
- Bachelor’s or higher in Psychology, Child Development, or related field (preferred).

Physical Demands
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50 lbs, 2/3 of the time.
