Residential Monitor - Safe Haven

The Residential Monitor will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness who are residing in the Safe Haven program. The Residential Monitor will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that the program is operating effectively and efficiently.

• Monitor the safety and security of the facility and residents
• Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation as needed
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure compliance with program rules and regulations
• Document and report any incidents or concerns to the Program Manager
• Assist with program intake and discharge processes
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in a residential setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
