Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Work in 5-room interventional radiology unit

• Weekend call coverage required on average every 6th weekend

• Weekday call coverage from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM approximately 4 weekdays per month

• 40 hours of orientation provided

• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT

• Preferred certifications: ACLS and ARRT VI

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required

• Travel experience required - first time travelers not accepted

• Must be over 65 miles from facility address

• Compact or Louisiana license required upon submittal

• Perform wide range of interventional radiology procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, and various diagnostic imaging

• Work with patients of all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Equipment setup, sterile technique maintenance, and room circulation responsibilities

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• Must be available for emergency team assignments during facility emergency events

• Orientation held 5 days per week with billable modules completed during orientation
