Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Connect job seekers with appropriate employment opportunities

Qualify and screen applicants through interviews and assessments

Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual interviews

Perform skills profiling to match candidates to open positions

Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with candidates and clients

Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation

Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and customers

Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

Meet hiring goals and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment

Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
