We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well‑established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high‑quality service and support.
• Service accounts in every aspect including billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc.
• Experience with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and knowledge of major carriers and non‑standard products.
• Maintain full knowledge of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and serve policies of clients and prospects.
• Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates.

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
