Rice & Kendig Workspace is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is for a proactive attorney who takes ownership of cases, keeps files moving, and understands how consistent effort and smart execution lead to strong results.

You’ll handle a mix of pre‑litigation and litigation matters, with meaningful responsibility on active cases and the opportunity to build momentum in a busy personal injury practice.

• Drive cases from intake to settlement
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement‑related materials
• Assist with litigation strategy, depositions, and trial preparation as cases progress
• Keep cases organized, deadlines met, and matters moving forward

• A licensed attorney in good standing
• Personal injury experience required
• Comfortable managing volume while maintaining quality
• Organized, efficient, and proactive
• Confident exercising judgment and making decisions
