Responsibilities
Assist in day‑to‑day management of the assigned location to ensure parking operations comply with contractual guidelines, foster good client relations, and promote a professional image.

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property‑level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day activities of assigned locations: supervise completion of evening closing reports, process bank deposits, schedule staff, supervise frontline staff, prepare month‑end reports, audit daily cashier shift reports, monitor and check time cards, hire and train frontline staff, review damage claims, disburse petty cash, and prepare the annual budget.
• Courteously answer customer questions.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report any known, observed or suspected violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other environmental tasks.
• Know all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways surrounding the garage.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications
High School Graduate. Minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.

Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Special shift requirements may include 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends.

Physical Demands
Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally required to sit or climb; may need to lift up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
