A manufacturing solutions company in Shreveport is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to enhance processes, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will support production from planning to execution, create manufacturing instructions, drive Lean improvements, and maintain documentation. A degree in engineering and over 5 years of manufacturing experience are required, preferably in metal or steel industries, along with skills in CAD and Microsoft Office.
