AutoCAD Drafter

Staffmark is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter with CNC programming skills to join our Shreveport team!
In this dual-role position, you will create shop detail and erection drawings using AutoCAD while programming CNC machines to ensure precise production of components and parts. This role requires a strong understanding of drafting standards, CAD software, CNC machinery, and manufacturing processes.

Pay: $20-$30/hour (Depending on experience.)

Shift: Day shift

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate shop details and erection drawings using AutoCAD
• Program CNC machines to produce parts to exact specifications
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Review drawings and specifications for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues with CNC programming and drafting as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a drafter with CNC programming
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with drafting standards
• Strong understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
