We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Shreveport LTACH. The role involves providing nursing care under RN supervision, gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, performing therapeutic procedures, and other duties as assigned.

• Education & Training: Current LPN/LVN licensure in state; current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year inpatient medical‑surgical nursing preferred but not required.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
  • Comfort working with vents, trachs, PICC lines, etc.
  • Two years of direct patient‑care experience
