SLB is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Create and maintain iBase documentation packages that provide full traceability of manufactured products.
- Upload documentation records to the customer portal, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Execute SAP transactions related to work orders, serial numbers, and material traceability.
- Review manufacturing and quality records for compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
- Communicate with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality teams to obtain missing information or correct discrepancies.
- Support shipping documentation readiness by ensuring all required product records are available and approved.
- Maintain high-quality documentation control practices, including version control, proper labeling, and secure archiving.
- Assist in internal or customer audits by providing required documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities in documentation processes and contribute to standard work updates.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established work instructions (WI) and quality procedures.
Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate degree in a technical or quality‑related field preferred.
- Experience in documentation control, quality support, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Proficient with ERP system (work orders, serial numbers) and Microsoft Office tools. Preferably SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic manufacturing/quality documents.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
