Job Summary We are seeking Team Members to join our team at Dillas Quesadillas. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive delicious and high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking meals to order, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals to order according to recipe specifications
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during each shift
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to provide exceptional customer service
• Take pride in your work and strive to exceed customer expectations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Benefits and Compensation
