The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
