Senior Account Executive (SAE)
Location: Shreveport, LA •
Job Type: Full-time
Are you a seasoned sales leader with a track record of closing large, complex deals within the Enterprise space? Do you thrive on the challenge of selling custom, high-bandwidth fiber solutions?
Responsibilities- Enterprise Revenue Growth: Drive sales and exceed revenue targets by value‑selling complex network solutions to qualified Large Enterprise prospects.
- Strategic Account Orchestration: Manage top strategic accounts and execute comprehensive strategies to increase revenue and uncover new opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain at least 5x the target quota in the sales pipeline using Salesforce for documentation, tracking, and forecasting.
- C‑Level Engagement: Sell to all levels of decision‑makers, including C‑Level executives, with deep solution‑selling and business acumen.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to build an up‑market strategy and provide detailed account plans aligned with company goals.
- Brand & Value Evangelization: Demonstrate deep awareness of the competitive landscape, communicate your value to the network, and build community brand awareness.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B sales success in technology or telecommunications, with a track record of driving net new business growth.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skilled at leading negotiations, handling complex objections, and crafting win‑win proposals.
- Consultative Selling: Exceptional consultative selling skills to understand complex customer needs and propose tailored fiber solutions.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and willingness to travel frequently.
- Location: Must reside in reasonable proximity to Shreveport, LA.
- Passionate about creating a positive client experience.
- Highly driven with a strong sense of urgency.
