Position: Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VP’s, and / or National Account Managers

Position Summary

We are looking for experienced technology sales professionals to join GHA Technologies, Inc., a leading employee‑owned Value‑Added Reseller across North America. Multiple sales levels are available:
Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Sales VP, National Accounts Manager.

Role Responsibilities
  • Sell cutting‑edge AI and data center technologies from premier vendors (Nvidia, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Lenovo, Apple, VMware, Adobe, IBM, Nutanix, etc.).
  • Develop new commercial accounts with a minimum of 250 employees on a bi‑weekly basis.
  • Meet weekly call targets and schedule qualified on‑site appointments.
  • Capture virtual appointments and receive a flat bonus ($500 per appointment). No bonus limit.
  • Achieve first‑year revenue targets ($120 k) and earn a fast‑start bonus ($10 k per month) for the first 12 months.
  • Earn performance‑based commissions: 200 % of profit margin during the first 90 days of shipped orders, 40‑59 % thereafter.
Compensation & Benefits
  • First‑week training pay: $2,500 for five training days.
  • Monthly fast‑start bonus: $10,000 for 12 months; first‑year total of $120,000.
  • Virtual appointment bonus: $500 per appointment (no limit). Gift cards up to $400 for business‑building activities.
  • New client account credits up to $10,000 and new account donation credits up to $5,000.
  • W‑2 employment with medical, dental, HSA, 401(K) and ESOP stock ownership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of direct technology sales experience.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises (at least 250 employees).
  • Strong knowledge of AI, green data center, virtualization, cloud and security solutions.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
