Lead Sales Consultant – Overview

Join Alleviation Enterprise LLC as a Lead Sales Consultant where you will master our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products through relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Master and execute the B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
  • Build and cultivate a strong client base.
  • Perform relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.
  • Upon mastering the framework, may take on training and mentorship of incoming team members.

  • Exhibiting discipline and determination; demonstrating a penchant for independent work.
  • Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.
  • Committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role.

  • Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
  • Thrives on the challenges of sales and is fully engaged in the field.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
