• Lead, mentor, and support software developers while remaining actively involved in hands‑on application development.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable Java‑based applications across front‑end and back‑end environments.
• Provide technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work with cloud‑based infrastructure, Open Stack environments, databases, APIs, integrations, and Linux‑based systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, systems, database, security, and business teams to resolve complex software and performance issues.
• Help establish development standards, documentation, best practices, modernization plans, and project delivery priorities.

• Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Experience with cloud‑based infrastructure or Open Stack environments.
• Ability to review code, support testing processes, and contribute to deployment planning.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment with supportive leadership and cross‑functional partners.

• Experience in software or system architecture.
• Previous experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead.
• Experience supporting modernization initiatives, performance improvements, or scalable application design.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, database, security, or systems administration concepts.
