The Ramp Agent loads and unloads cargo (express, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft, handles cargo transfers, completes necessary forms, and assists with safety and security procedures. The agent may also transport furnishings and supplies to and from aircraft, and assist with monitoring facility security.

• Perform all ramp functions in variable weather and environmental conditions, including jet engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust, and noise.
• Load and unload aircraft cargo weighing up to 70 lbs and handle containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
• Read off‑load sheets to determine cargo destinations.

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High‑noise environment.
• Ability to lift and transfer bags up to 70 lbs onto or from a conveyor belt.
