Base pay range: $11.00/hr – $27.00/hr

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $11.00 – $27.00/hr local minimum wage laws apply. Pay depends on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans.
