Job Summary

Krsnadasa Inc. DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM, and Special Education Tutor for elementary students. This is a part‑time, hourly position serving families in Shrewsbury and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. The Tutor will provide individualized instruction and ASD support to help elementary students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

$22.00/hr - $31.00/hr

• $22 to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Flexible schedule to support a healthy work‑life balance

• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each elementary student’s needs and learning objectives
• Provide instruction in English, STEM, and Special Education subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
• Support elementary students with diverse learning needs, including ASD
• Use engaging, age‑appropriate teaching strategies and materials
• Monitor and track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance

• Minimum qualification:
  
  High School Diploma;
  Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education preferred
• At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in English, Math, and Special Education (ASD support) at the elementary level
• Strong knowledge of current educational principles, teaching techniques, and curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of elementary students
• Passion for helping young learners achieve academic success
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to students’ homes for one‑on‑one, in‑person tutoring
