About

the Role

As the Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire experience with us. Your role will be to create a welcoming, professional, and attentive environment at our front desk while ensuring that patient inquiries and needs are addressed with care and efficiency.

In addition to delivering top-notch service, you will manage daily administrative operations, including appointment scheduling, payment processing, office equipment maintenance, and inventory management for office supplies and retail products. This role combines patient interaction with operational responsibilities, offering a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional welcome to all patients.
  • Manage incoming calls, addressing patient questions, concerns, and appointment needs with efficiency and empathy.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee office operations, including equipment maintenance and supply management.
  • Support the practice by ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical practice or high-end customer service environment preferred (one or the other is acceptable).
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to going the extra mile for patients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $24.00 per hour (Shrewsbury)

Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
