HR Data Migration & Compliance Coordinator

Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

• Download, organize, and maintain employee records from UKG and HR SharePoint systems to support Human Resources operations and data integrity.
• Upload, maintain, and manage employee documentation within ADP Workforce Now while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
• Verify employee data for accuracy and completeness and assist with system validation and data integrity activities.
• Support ADP Workforce Now implementation efforts, including testing, validation, and maintenance of system data tables.
• Assist with internal I-9 compliance audits by reviewing, organizing, and validating employee documentation.
• Perform additional Human Resources administrative duties, special projects, and project-related tasks as assigned.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Shrewsbury as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage assigned responsibilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, HRIS administration, payroll processing, or personnel records management preferred.
