As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality care.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Assist with the coordination of patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
