Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. In a leading retail setting, you will excel in a high‑impact, customer‑focused role, working independently and as part of a team, positively impacting the lives of others.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving service issues.
• Focus on the customer with a warm, friendly greeting, eye contact, and assistance in locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions—while following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist all departments (photo, beauty, etc.) to stay fully stocked, operational, and updated with new services.
• Assist pharmacy personnel—working regular pharmacy shifts—where possible, for growth and development opportunities.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to help people on their path to better health.

• Remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Have close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading small text.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent—Preferred but Not Required.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $15.00 - $22.00
