Scheduling Coordinator (Client Care Specialist)

Position SummaryAs a representative of the company, you will work on a telesales inbound/outbound calling team, aggressively growing our customer base. Your responsibilities include answering inbound calls, delivering top‑notch customer service, generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, producing activity reports, and managing leads by tracking, booking, and following up.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aggressive self‑starter
- Fast learner with general sales skills and aptitude
- Good phone skills and customer service knowledge with strong follow‑up capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor at all times
- Flexibility to work extended or weekend hours, if necessary
- Excellent verbal and professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and energetic personality
- Well‑organized with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a huge plus
