We are recruiting for an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join one of our clients on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Herefordshire
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, customer-focused sales professional to work on a residential development, supporting buyers through the full new-home sales journey.

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers on site

• Manage enquiries and follow up leads effectively

• Conduct property viewings and promote available homes

• Guide customers through the reservation and sales process

• Maintain accurate records and sales documentation

• Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout

• Previous experience in new home sales or property sales (preferred)

• Professional, well-presented, and approachable

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work weekends as required

• Self-motivated and reliable

• 12-month fixed-term contract

• Competitive salary / day rate (dependent on experience)
