Lead Restoration Technician – Paul Davis Restoration

Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.

Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included.

• 2 years or more relevant experience in insurance restoration
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and clean route; transport to work
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and lift 60 lbs.
• Water and/or Mold Certification preferred; IICRC certifications preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in construction or remodeling is a bonus
• Must pass background check and drug test

• Participate in our 24‑hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends as dictated by the on‑call schedule.

• Lead crews with onsite responsibilities.
• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss.
• Complete pack‑out and pack‑in of customer’s contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
• Act as daily on‑site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
