Service Administrator

We are seeking a confident and computer‑savvy Administrator to support the administrative functions of our service.

• Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service.
• Welcome clients to our service.
• Maintain and create record‑keeping systems as required.
• Receive and process all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments, entering NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systems.
• Support the service to meet local health and safety requirements.
• Generate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians.
• Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information management.
• Support the wider team with commitments, including organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking meetings and events.
• Take, transcribe and distribute formal minutes for meetings.

• Successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a business support or office function.
• Excellent IT skills, with the ability to collate data and use/manage databases.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage competing/conflicting demands independently and handle own workload.
• Passion for supporting recovery and a positive, engaging approach.
