Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
Shropshire Towns and Rural (STAR) Housing are an arms-length organisation managing homes on behalf of Shropshire Council. We are committed to creating quality homes and vibrant communities by listening to our residents and delivering excellent housing services.
Working closely with colleagues, consultants, contractors and external partners, you will help maintain project records, trackers and reports, coordinate meetings and actions, and support the delivery of development projects from early feasibility through to handover.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and proactive, with experience of providing administrative, project or programme support in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office applications are essential.
Key Information- Fixed-term contract for 6 months
- 37 hours per week
- Based at Ptarmigan House with flexible working arrangements available
- Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
- Annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) and long-service enhancements
