Position: Data Input Administrator for Animal Charity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data administration, CRM systems and financial processing who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding environment.

As a Supporter Services Data Processor, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's fundraising and supporter engagement activities. You will be responsible for processing supporter information and financial transactions, ensuring all records remain accurate, secure and compliant with GDPR requirements.

Working for an animal charity based in Sidmouth from 28th September till Christmas. Monday - Friday 8.30am
-4.30pm. Pay is £14.68 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

Accurately processing supporter data and financial transactions onto the CRM system. Opening, sorting and preparing incoming post in line with departmental procedures. Handling cash and donations in accordance with established protocols. Processing credit and debit card payments Maintaining high levels of data accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting the wider team with additional administrative duties as required. Delivering excellent service to supporters and internal stakeholders.

What's needed from you? Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Understanding of GDPR and the importance of data security. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. What's in it for you?
