• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in product or portfolio management within industrial or equipment sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• A structured and analytical approach to managing product life cycles and road maps.
