As a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst, you'll begin your career developing core business analysis skills while gaining exposure to product management, Agile delivery and performance analytics. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help teams understand customer and business needs, analyse challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of customer-focused change.
We're looking for curious, analytical and motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with others and learning new skills. Previous experience isn't essential; we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to develop. This role is based in either Telford or Hove, and you'll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. The nature of this role requires you to work on a secure site. Whatyou will bring
As a CX Analyst, you'll support teams in understanding business challenges, customer needs and desired outcomes. You'll help gather and analyse information, define requirements and contribute to the improvement of products, services and business processes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting discovery activities to understand business objectives, customer needs and operational challenges.
- Gathering, documenting and validating requirements with stakeholders.
- Creating user stories, process maps, customer journey maps and other project deliverables.
- Using data, customer feedback and performance measures to support decision-making and measure outcomes.
- Supporting product teams with backlog management, prioritisation and continuous improvement activities.
- Participating in workshops, Agile ceremonies and collaborative working sessions.
- Producing clear and professional documentation, presentations and reports.
- Working closely with business analysts, product managers, delivery teams and subject matter experts.
Through hands‑on experience, training and mentoring, you'll develop the skills, confidence and stakeholder expertise needed to support business change and progress into Business Analyst, Product Analyst and consulting roles.
