Description

ReBound - a Reconomy Group Company - is the leading global returns management specialist, enabling easy omnichannel returns for brands and their consumers. By combining integrated returns software with an extensive logistics network, ReBound provides brands with a complete ecosystem of suppliers and partners to handle their global, end-to-end returns. ReBound optimizes and manages the entire returns lifecycle so clients can focus on their core business.

Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues, delivering exceptional service to our customers, contributing to the community, and working towards a more sustainable environment. If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

About the role

Looking for a first role where your love of data actually matters? This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate to see their analysis shape real decisions across a global logistics business.

Our Orchestration team sits within Logistics and looks at how the whole operation runs, end to end. Our job is to make it work better: reducing costs, keeping clients happy, standardising how our sites operate, and building a network that can scale as we grow.

As our Orchestration & Logistics Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of that work. You’ll take raw operational data and turn it into clear, reliable analysis that helps us decide where to invest, what to change and how to do it. Along the way you’ll get hands‑on with a wide mix of projects, from cost and network modelling to KPI reporting, trend analysis and building the business case for change.

Curiosity counts as much as technical skill here. We’ll encourage you to question the numbers, spot problems and opportunities before anyone asks, and work with teams across the business to turn your ideas into reality. There’s plenty of room for fresh thinking too, so if you have ideas about automation, digital tools or AI, we want to hear them.

You don’t need years of experience. What matters is a sharp analytical mind, a genuine interest in how things work, and the drive to learn quickly. If you want a first role where you’ll grow fast and see your work make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Supporting projects and teams with strong analytics, building a credible analytical base that informs high‑stakes change decisions in operations
  • Working across initiatives such as cost optimisation, logistics flow optimisation, network solution design, KPI standardisation, deep dives, trend analysis, cost‑benefit analysis and supporting the innovation pipeline
  • Proactively spotting data issues and operational improvement opportunities, and solving problems independently
  • Collaborating with our BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and digitisation, adapting ways of working to bring in AI tools and automation wherever possible
  • Driving data‑driven ideas, identifying inefficiencies and owning implementation with other teams using DMAIC and Lean methodologies
  • Being a proactive, supportive partner to other departments — building strong relationships and developing expertise others can lean on
